Factory Polaris lights simply weren't going to cut it in the Kentucky hills on my RZR. That's when I bought from Black Oak. When I opened the box I was surprised at how well they were packaged, as well as how heavy and well made these lights were. The wiring harness was also a nice surprise. Upon first powering them up to aim them, I couldn't believe how wide the flood pattern spread nor how well the spot lit up as far as I could see.
A couple weeks later I get a phone call from black oak checking in to see how I liked the lights, as well as a follow up email! I've personally never had a company do that for any type of product.
From packaging until after the installation was complete, Black Oak was guaranteeing my satisfaction. That's in a whole different category of customer service to me. I'll definitely be a Black Oak customer for life! Thanks y'all!
