Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is provided to give you peace of mind when ordering Black Oak LED lights. If you changed your mind or need a different size, simply send it back and we will happily provide you a refund or exchange.
It’s easy to return a product:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We email you instructions for returning your product.
- Obtain an RMA number, then ship your unused product, in it's original packaging, to the address provided.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Damaged, broken, altered or installed lights will void this offer and will not be accepted. Only unused products with all accessories and in original packaging will be approved for a refund. If you have installed the product it is not eligible for a return and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to their address.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7-10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. It usually takes 7 days for your refund to show up on your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 7 days, please contact us at email@example.com.
- You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Individual products may be excluded from this guarantee. Check the product description before you place your order.
- Original shipping costs incurred to Black Oak LED will not be refunded.
Large orders exceeding $1,500.00 or combinations of orders exceeding $1,500.00 in aggregate or any non-stock products will be charged a twenty percent restocking fee.
Returns for exchange are allowed pending payment for the new shipping charges and difference in payment being made. The returned item is subject to the same terms as all other returns and must be received in new condition. Do not install any product that you are not sure will fit your vehicle or space. Any installed products are not able to be returned for exchange credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
