Shipping Methods

All orders ship via standard ground service unless otherwise requested. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. and Canada orders over $50. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request and will incur additional charges.
Wholesale and bulk orders may be subject to additional shipping fees.

 

Shipping Damages

Shipping-related damage is rare. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After notification, we will arrange return pickup of the damaged item. Upon receipt and inspection, a replacement will be issued at no cost.

Items that have been installed, used, or altered are not eligible for shipping damage replacement. If a replacement is denied and a refund is requested, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

 

Availability & Order Processing

Black Oak LED products are in high demand but typically ship within one business day. If an item is delayed or temporarily out of stock, you will be notified promptly. Our goal is to deliver industry-leading products as quickly and efficiently as possible.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for any reason prior to shipment. If a cancellation is requested after the order has shipped, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for further instructions.

IMPROPER USE OF LED LIGHTING PRODUCTS CAN RESULT IN PROPERTY DAMAGE, SERIOUS INJURY, OR DEATH. Black Oak LED, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees are not responsible for the actions or misuse of its products by customers.

By purchasing products from this website, the customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Black Oak LED and its affiliates from any claims, demands, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized application of any products sold.

 

Limitation of Liability

International Orders – Terms & Conditions

Shipping & Handling

International shipping costs will be quoted at the time of order. Black Oak LED is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges incurred during international shipment. All international shipping quotes apply to transportation from Black Oak LED to the designated brokerage or receiving location.
