The Black Oak LED waterproof RGB Bluetooth LED controller is a fully sealed, IP67-rated color controller for marine, offshore, and offroad lighting. It runs on 12V or 24V DC, delivers a full 10 amps per channel across two independent output channels, and is controlled entirely from the free Black Oak LED app over Bluetooth — no hub, no Wi-Fi, and no cell signal required. IP67 waterproof — mount it where it works for you
Most RGB controllers are an afterthought: an unsealed plastic shell you have to hide inside a console or under a dash. This one is potted and gasketed to an IP67 rating, so it can be mounted in the open — bilge, transom, T-top, rock rails, or a wheel well — and shrug off rain, salt spray, washdowns, and temporary submersion.

Is this RGB controller really waterproof?
Yes. The housing is sealed and rated IP67, meaning it is dust-tight and protected against immersion in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. It can be mounted in exposed locations that see rain, salt spray, and washdowns. It is not intended for permanent underwater mounting.
Will it work on a 24V boat or truck?
Yes. The controller accepts 12V to 24V DC with no jumpers or configuration. Output is 10 amps per channel at either voltage, for up to 360W total at 12V and 720W total at 24V.
How many lights can I run on one controller?
It depends on the wattage of your lights. Add up the total current draw of everything on one channel and keep it under 10 amps. Two channels means two independently controlled zones — bow and stern, interior and exterior, or rails and pods.
Does the app need Wi-Fi or cell service?
No. The Black Oak LED app connects directly to the controller over Bluetooth, so it works offshore, off-grid, and anywhere else you have no signal. There is no hub, account, or subscription required.
Can I control it from more than one phone?
Yes. Any phone with the free Black Oak LED app installed can pair with the controller, though only one device controls it at a time.
How do I mount it?
Four stainless steel screws are included. The controller measures 3-3/4" x 3-1/4" x 1-1/8", with a 3-foot battery lead and 18-inch channel leads to reach your lights. Heat-shrink butt connectors are included so every connection seals against moisture.
What's covered by the warranty?

United StatesI was impressed with how small but bright they were.
The rock light have also been nice not only to look pretty but with be able to see when crawling on rock and such at night. Being able to see everything in a small radius around the vehicle makes such a difference.

I was impressed with how bright they were being such a small light. We have accent lighting around the boat deck, absolutely love it! The additional rgb wire they recommended made it such a quick install process overall.
Bright and Powerful
Our first impression with the RGB Accent lights were great. Between the quality in the build of the lights and wiring we were impressed. The lights were well sealed and the wiring harness was plenty long for our application. During the sunset we powered on the lights to test our install out and the light output for daylight time was great but as soon as it became dark outside the lights were amazing. We still have 6 more lights to install throughout the boat and you’ll be able to see it from space with the help of black oak led. Thanks again for a great product and amazing support.
Great light output!
I was super surprised! The lights exceeded my expectations and I was blown away on the color output. Works great with the rgb controller! I use my boat a lot at night and I wanted to add some under gunnel lights so I could see where I’m walking throughout the vessel. I chose the rgb accent lights and controller because I wanted to add the show and I’m glad I did.
