How it Works
Technology is always advancing and we know our customers deserve the best. When you purchase our Nitron Series, you are locked in for life. Anytime we advance our sensor, you can swap yours out for just $795. Save thousands of dollars and have the newest tech on the market. When you're ready to upgrade, contact our office to start the process. Please do not send harness or any mounts, only the camera housing. You will be responsible to insure and ship the unit to us at: 6824 28th St Cir E, Unit A Sarasota, FL 34243. We will upgrade your camera sensor to the latest model and have your camera shipped out within a week via FedEx.
Lifetime Support
Lifetime support keeps your camera working perfect condition no matter what. We can repair or replace any part of your Nitron system even after your warranty expires. To send your camera in for repair or replacement unplug your harness and send back your camera. You will be responsible to contact the office prior to sending your camera in. Once you have an RMA number you can send your camera to us at: 6824 28th St Cir E, Unit A Sarasota, FL 34243. Please make sure to insure your camera We will diagnose and repair your camera and get it back to you within a week.
Exclusions
The $795 covers our newest sensor while using your existing camera components. Additional fees will be charged if you want a new housing, lens, or other components. $795 is good for one sensor upgrade, but can be used anytime we upgrade our technology. You are in charge of shipping your camera back to Black Oak and we will cover the shipping back to you. Only applies to the original purchaser. (Include order number, name, and shipping address) We only need your camera, no mounts or harness. Current Nitron must be a working unit. If there are any issues past the warranty phase, you are in charge for any broken components.
